The University of Pittsburgh at Titusville operates under "rolling admissions." Once the required documents are received, your file will be reviewed by the Admissions Committee. You will receive your admission decision within two weeks.

First Year Students

All full-time and part-time first year students must submit the following items:

SAT or ACT Results: The Pitt-Titusville application process is test optional (SAT/ACT) for new students.  If you wish – you can submit your SAT/ACT test scores for review, however only test scores that benefit a student will factor into our decision-making process.

  • Scores are typically included on high school transcripts.

  • SAT scores sent directly to Pitt-Titusville if student lists 2937 on SAT registration form.

  • ACT scores sent directly to Pitt-Titusville if students lists 3737 on ACT registration form.

  • Students who graduated more than one year ago from high school are not required to submit SAT or ACT scores.

Official High School Transcript

  • Send directly to Pitt-Titusville from the high school guidance department at the student's request.

Transfer Students

  • In order to be considered for admission into our nursing program, students transferring from another college or university must have completed a minimum of 12 college credits with a cumulative minimum grade point average of 2.75.

  • All transfer student applicants must submit official high school and college transcripts from each college or university attended to our admissions office for review.

Pitt-Titusville Students

For all current Pitt-Titusville PASN majors who are seeking admission to the AS-Nursing program for Fall 2023.

The ASN Application for current Pitt-Titusville students seeking admission to AS-Nursing for Fall 2023 is now live and can be accessed at https://www.upb.pitt.edu/nursing-application Applications will be accepted until April 1, 2023.  Students may reach out to Ms. Lisa Maybray, Administrative Assistant at maybray@pitt.edu for questions or clarification.
