Student Honors and Awards for 2005-06 Academic Year Announced at the University of Pittsburgh at Titusville
Titusville, May 16 – The University of Pittsburgh at Titusville held its first annual Student Academic Honors Convocation this semester and recognized the following students for the 2005-06 academic year. In previous years, academic honor awards were presented during the graduation ceremony. Dr. William A. Shields, President of UPT, developed the separate event this year to establish the beginning of a new tradition for UPT students receiving recognition for their hard work and dedication to academics.
