Panther Gold Plan members must choose a PCP (Primary Care Physician) and may ONLY go to a UPMC provider hospital for ALL testing or admission to the hospital. You may NOT go to Titusville Area Hospital. 

Higher Benefit - In Network - UPMC Providers;
Preventive care - NEW - No charge
Office visits - $10.00 - $20.00 (physician service) 

Lower Benefit - Out of Network
     NO COVERAGE, EXCEPT IN THE CASE OF AN EMERGENCY

Charges for prescription drugs are determined by the drug name which will fall within the categories of generic, preferred, non-preferred brand named drugs.  For questions call Express Scripts, Inc. at 1-877-784-6279, www.expressscripts.com, or UPMC Health Plan Pharmacy Services at 1-800-396-4139.  The University's benefit site is www.hr.pitt.edu/benefits.

To change your current PCP, call the Member Provider Service at 1-888-499-6885. If you call before the 15th of the month, your new PCP will be effective on the 1st of the following month.

Any doctor's office that has questions regarding any of the UPMC Health Plans should call the Member Provider Service number: 1-888-499-6885. The doctor must be specific and ask about the Titusville Campus coverage.
