Our Staff

Each employee at the George J. Barco Center has special training and talents. 

Colleen R. Motter - Colleen is the Assistant Director of Continuing Education and has been with our staff for 10 years.  Born in Bradford, Colleen received her B.F.A. in Art from Edinboro University. In addition to scheduling classes and hiring instructors, Colleen shares her artistic talents with the Center by designing our advertising, brochures, and pamphlets. 

Debbie Smith - Debbie joined our Barco Center staff in August of 1997 as our Continuing Education Assistant and University Switchboard Operator. Originally from Titusville, Debbie recently returned to our area after living near Warren for more than 20 years. She brings with her years of experience and a friendly smile. Debbie helps organize our registrations and works on Barco Center marketing and mailings.
