Murdoch Townhouses

The Murdoch Townhouses are located behind Ball Hall. The Townhouses resemble apartments. Eight students all of the same sex are assigned to a Townhouse. The first floor is a common living area with a half-bath, utility room, and coin-operated washers and dryers. Upstairs you will find four bedrooms and two full baths. Typically, sophomore students reside in the Townhouses. One of the Townhouses has been converted into the Coffeehouse. Students socialize, play pool, drink coffee, and enjoy local entertainment at the Coffeehouse.
