FR 0001 - ELEMENTARY FRENCH 1 5 credits An introduction to the French language designed for students who have less than three years of high school French. Includes study of vocabulary, grammar and usage, pronunciation, and some translation. There are no prerequisites for this course. FR 0002 - ELEMENTARY FRENCH 2 5 credits A continuation of FR 0001 with further study of vocabulary, grammar and usage, pronunciation, translation, and new work on communication and basic patterns of speech.
