UPT has
variety of academically-related
organizations available.
Joining these organizations give
the students the opportunity
to learn more about their field
of study or more about an area
that interests them. They will
be able to interact
and exchange ideas in a setting
outside the classroom and it gives
them an opportunity to pursue
their passion and enhance their
overall academic experience!!!!
Phi Theta Kappa
The purpose of Phi Theta
Kappa, the International
Honor Society of the Two
Year College, shall be to
recognize and encourage
scholarship among students.
Students must be invited to
join.
Students In Free Enterprise
SIFE is
an international organization active
on over 1800 campuses in more than
40 countries. SIFE Teams create
economic opportunities in their
communities by organizing outreach
projects that teach: market
economics, entrepreneurship,
personal financial success skills,
and business ethics. Their projects
are judged at competition on
creativity, innovation, and
effectiveness.

interested in biology with
additional resources and activities
outside of the classroom.
