What is a Direct Deposit Refund?
Direct deposit is having your refund sent directly to your bank checking account.
Why should I use Direct Deposit?
- Credit balances on students’ accounts are refunded and deposited directly into the bank account the student designates.
- The deposit will occur two to three business days following the refund transaction’s posting on the student’s account.
- The funds will be available for use as soon as they are deposited.
- You will quickly receive excess financial aid in order to purchase textbooks.
What Creates a Credit Balance?
- Dropping a class with a course-related fee, lab fee, or physical education fee.
- An adjustment to a meal plan.
- Financial aid in excess of charges.
