University of Pittsburgh at Titusville students along with Pitt students from the main and other regional campuses traveled to the state Capitol on Tuesday, March 21, 2017 to visit with elected officials and to advocate in support of the University of Pittsburgh and its state appropriation.

Pitt-Titusville students, Briana Davis, Rebecca Fagley, Matthew Baker and Savannah Pollow met with Senator Michele Brooks and Senator Scott Hutchinson to voice their own personal opinions and concerns and to discuss what their “Pitt Experience” has meant to them. 

Following the meeting, the students were provided a tour of the capitol.
