Pitt Makes A Difference Day

This year, the University of Pittsburgh at Titusville served our local community during the 10th annual Pitt Make a Difference Day on October 21, 2017.  “Our students, faculty, and staff were pleased to impact so many people in our area with our service during PMADD.  We had 36 students, nine faculty or staff members, and two family members help with the four service projects, giving a total of 106.5 hours of service to the Titusville region,” said coordinator of the event, Director of Student Life Stephanie Fiely.  This year, the groups assisted with leaf removal at Drake Well Museum and Park, sanded and painted the fence at Benson Memorial Library, cleaned a portion of the Queen City Trail, and participated in and assisted with the activities at the YWCA’s Fall Festival.
