The Celtic Cafe was originated in 1986 by the present owner, Daniel Dunlap. He originally presented the theme of the Celtic Cafe to come from The Boston Celtics basketball team. From there it grew to support all types of sports; mainly golf, football, basketball, and baseball. The Celtic consists of a bar in the front of the building (The Celtic Cafe) and a hallway connecting a second bar called the Shamrock Station in the back of the building that was an expansion of the Celtic in 1999.. As of December 2003, Mr. Dunlap conjoined an elegant restaurant called the Boston Garden to support a more romantic dining experience. Deana Madden poses as the manager of the Celtic Cafe, as well as Marie Cutchall for the Boston Garden.
